If the item(s) ordered are in stock, your order will normally be processed and shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

We ship on business days only (Monday-Friday). If the order is placed on a weekend, the order will be shipped on the following Monday (unless that Monday is a US holiday).

An email will be sent to you with tracking information when the order is shipped. Please allow up to a day for the information to be updated in the shipping carrier's system. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 days of placing your order, please email

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order for domestic orders after they are shipped. For international, please see International Orders section below.

International Orders:

You are responsible to understand the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Most countries will not have issues, but please be aware that there is always a possibility. Once the order has left our warehouse we will not be held responsible for customs delays.

Acropolis Nutrition is not responsible for any VAT, Customs Fees or International Taxes that may be incurred after a purchase of merchandise from our online store. International orders may take longer than quoted time to deliver due to customs delays. Not all orders will be delayed by customs inspections, but certain customs agencies may hold a shipment for an unknown amount of time. Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally. If you have any questions, we will do our best to assist you.

If the order is returned to us and you wish to be refunded, we will do so only after we have physically received the items. The refund will be calculated as total cost of goods less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. The total refund will be 90% refund not including shipping.

Please know your countries import regulations before ordering. This is your responsibility alone. If customs does not return the products to us we will not provide a refund

If your order is denied entry into your country, we suggest attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order as described above.

Please keep track of your order throughout the shipping process by using the tracking number we provide to you.

We take responsibility to the point of your package leaving the United States. Once your package has been confirmed by the carrier to have left the United States it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. We can only mark the order as "Merchandise" and cannot use "Gift" we also must put the actual order value on the customs form.
