A: When an order is placed using your unique referral discount code, the credit is automatically applied to you. This is how we know you are responsible for the referral, so make sure you let people know to use your discount code!

A: The best way to increase your chances is by making it easy for us to see you and get to know you. Make sure you have quality content on social media and provide us with links to those accounts. Also, when you apply, make sure to tell us about yourself and why you would be a good fit. Those who put forth more effort in their application are always considered first as you are showing us you are genuinely interested. The simple "Hi, I'm Bob and I want to be an ambassador." type responses will not be considered. Show us you have a strong work ethic and are motivated.
Q: What should I post on social media about Acropolis Nutrition?
A: We leave this mostly up to you. We don't want to take over your page and fill it with meaningless marking posts, that's not what we're about. Just make sure to tag us in your Acropolis Nutrition posts, use hashtag #acropolistitan and/or #titanambassador. You can post about the products when you want and as organically as possible. We prefer you to continue doing what you're already doing and what your audience already knows and loves. Just fit us into your lifestyle and that will be perfect. Some suggestions are product unboxing, product at gym/park/beach wherever you train, you with product, repost announcements etc. If you aren't sure, you can always reach out to us. This should go without saying, but, we will not tolerate any criminal activity, racial posts, nudity, verbal attacks on anyone or overall negativity. Basically just be professional.
Q: Can someone use my referral discount code more than once?
A: Yes absolutely! We love returning customers and are happy to keep honoring your code.
Q: Can I refer wholesale accounts?
A: Yes you can definitely refer retail stores/wholesale accounts. If we close a deal and accept the wholesale account you will be credited extra sales. This will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the store and order volume.
Q: When will I be paid my commissions?
A: Commissions are paid out in the first week of the month. Payments can be paid through store credit (gift card) or through PayPal.
Q: How soon do I receive credit for my referrals?
A: You are automatically credited for referred orders. Your referred orders should show on your dashboard within 1-2 business days.
Q: One of my referrals forgot to use my code, how can I get credit?
A: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and explain what occurred. Please provide full customer name and order number. If info checks out, we will credit sale to your account.
Q: How many ambassadors will be chosen?
A: We don't currently have a cap on the number of ambassadors we will bring on. We are focused on quality over quantity. If you feel you fit the criteria, please apply.
